Recipe –

Crunchy Porridge

Ingredients –
1/2 cup rolled wholemeal oats
1 tsp flaxseeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 cup dry roasted mixed nuts
1 banana, sliced(alternative: berries)

Method –

Combine oats and seeds in a bowl with enough water to cover, microwave on high for 2mins, stir for 1 minute until well mixed and creamy.
Top with banana & nuts.
