Topping: (make sure to get toppings ready before blending acai as the acai will melt quickly)
Choose 3-5 of your fav fruits.
6 Raspberries
6 Blueberries
3 Strawberries
1/2 Mango chopped
1/2 Kiwi Fruit chopped
1/2 cup crunchy granola
1/4 cup dry roasted mixed nuts
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds and pepitas

100% pure acai
1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen
100ml coconut water

Blend until smooth.

In a medium sized bowl add 1/2 the granola, then pour all the acai mixture in.
To finish, assemble the remaining granola and all the toppings.
